I already wrote a post about the Fiat 500 Abarth when it was advertised for the Super Bowl XLVI. Regarding this ad I really liked the fact that Fiat chose Charlie Sheen to promote the bad boy image of the 500 Abarth. As you all know Sheen, is the star of Two and a Half Men. He has been fired from the show for badmouthing the show’s creator last year. Sheen has been hospitalized for substance abuse-related issues at least three times. So a profile of a bad boy? Yes Fiat chose the right guy. The model, Catrinel Menghia at the end of the ad has also acted in the 500 Abarth “Seduction” commercial for the superbowl. Fiat must have chosen her as the seduction symbol of the 500 Abarth as they chose Sheen for its bad boy image.
