For this Christmas MINI decided to break another Guinness World Record, the one of “the longest wish list to Santa”. The MINI team traveled 3,555 km in several Countryman, and asked people they met on the way to fill up wishing lists that were gonna be delivered to Santa. The trip started in Milano, Italy and ended in Rovaniemi, Finland the town of Santa Clause where the Record was confirmed by juries of the Guinness World Record team. Santa Clause himself was surprise by the number of wishlists they had brought to him! MINI must have an amazing marketing team!
Jag has gone wild this time. Presenting, the fastest Jag sedan car ever made, the XFR-S. This upgraded version of the XFR features a 5.0 liters supercharged V8 engine that delivers 550 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque. Jaguar claims that even though the XFR-S has 40 more horses than the XFR, it will have the same fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The new beast features, obviously, some new aerodynamics parts and carbon fiber additions here and there in order to make the car lighter and stick more to the ground. For the commercial, there is not much to be said, just listen to that large V8 roaring in the mountains!
Its a nice and funny ad by Fiat I really liked the “Let Your Italian out” slogan. I drove the Fiat 500 1.4, 100hp. It’s really weird but it felt very fast for an 1.4 engine car. I was thinking that if the 1.4 front wheel engine Fiat 500 felt so fast how about the Abarth, 1.4 turbo charged engine edition that delivers almost 60 additional horses!!
